Rogue Mocha (American) Porter is 5.3 ABV and pours opaque brown. The nose is bitter cocoa and coffee which leads into the taste, skewing a bit more to the roasted coffee with the cocoa backup. The mouthfeel, texture and carbonation are all moderate and the finish pleasantly hoppy. Rogue's Mocha Porter is very pleasant and drinkable, definitely up to their usual quality.

Lagunitas Hop Stoopid is an 8 ABV, 102 IBU ADIIPA, this is technically a re-review with a newer brewing. The pour is orange amber and the nose all dank, pine citrus. The flavor follows, sweet malt in good balance with that dank west coast hop profile. Mouthfeel is moderate but creamy. Hop Stoopid is a classic, homerun ADIIPA and worth trying for any beer fan.

Stone Ripper is a 5.7 ABV 40 IBU APA and uses Cascade & Australian Galaxy hops. The appearance is darkish orange/red and the nose light pine hop. The flavor is a nice balance of sweet caramel malt and bitter pine and herbal hop. Mouthfeel is light and crisp and drinkable. With Ripper Stone shows that a low level ABV/IBU sessionable ale can still have a lot of character and depth of flavor. I may not need to seek it out again but it's solidly good.

Pivovar Náchod (CZ) Primátor Maibock (or Helles Bock) is 7.5 ABV and pours a light amber with a bubbly head. The nose is sweet malty caramel which leads into the taste, very sweet caramel malt, earthy, and spicy hop bitterness. The sweetness and alcohol notes are stronger as the beer warms. This isn't a bad beer at all, however, it ran a bit sweet for my tastes. Glad to have tried it but not one I strongly enjoyed.

Sanitas Black IPA or black ale according to BA, is 6.5 ABV and 65 IBU. Appearance is virtually black with a roasty bready nose. This follows into the palate, roasty black bread and chocolate notes finishing with a resinous citrus hop finish. Mouthfeel, carbonation and texture are all moderate and drinkable but with sufficient depth of character. Really decent even if not outstanding black IPA or black ale.

Uinta Sum'r is a 4 ABV American Blonde Ale. The appearance is hazy yellow and the nose light malt and grain. The flavor follows, light malty grain, a little bready, finishing grassy and bitter with some fruit and spice notes throughout. The mouthfeel is very light and the carbonation bubbly. Blonde Ales can be pretty forgettable but Uinta can do a lot even with this typically mild variety of beer. At 4 ABV it's the very definition of sessionable. A great one for easy warm weather…

Victory Winter Cheers is a 6.7 ABV Hefeweizen. The appearance is light orange with a huge head and the nose wheat, banana, citrus and spice. The taste profile is your basic hefeweizen but it doesn't come together super well; banana, wheat, yeast, citrus and coriander and other spices. It's an alright winter wheat and I appreciate the slightly higher abv for the style. Nothing to really recommend here though.

Stone Tangerine Express (A)IPA is 6.7 ABV and 75 IBU, hops include Citra, Centennial, Sterling, Azacca and Mosaic. The appearance is orange and the nose citrus hop. The taste is sweet malt with a strong citrus hop and pithy zest finish enhanced by the tangerine and pineapple puree. Mouthfeel is moderate and drinkable It has a juicy character but still won't be confused for anything but a west coast IPA. Very nice, I'm enjoying the bitter tangerine peel flavor that lingers on the palate.

Harpoon's Imperial Pumpkin is 10.5 ABV and pours almost jet black with a pumpkin nose. The flavor is mostly strong pumpkin and finishes sweet and dry. Throughout the palate are hints of dark fruit along with some cocoa and spice, namely nutmeg. This is a big and heavy stout and while that 10.5 abv doesn't hit you over the head it's not terribly well hidden either. I'll give it a solid B, if I wanted something this big I wouldn't go with a pumpkin beer.

Sierra Nevada Nooner is a 5.2 ABV German Pilsener. Appearance is clear golden yellow and the nose floral and grassy malt. The taste is similar and what you'd expect out of a German Pils, grassy earthy malt finishing with a nice hoppy bitter bite finish. Mouthfeel and texture are moderate and crisp. Sierra Nevada is always top notch and they did well giving the west coast hop treatment to a German style pils. Definitely one to try during the spring/summer months.
