Fragrant Vanilla Cake: Raw Southwest Spring Carrot Gnocchi with Spicy Chili Sauce
Raw Carrot Cake Cookies 3/4 cup sesame seeds 1 cup dried unsweetened coconut 2 cups carrot pulp 1/4 tsp. ground vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 7 wet Medjool dates Put dates in food processor. Process, then add other ingredients. Process again. Make small balls, put in between wax paper and flatten with a rolling pin. Put cookies in the dehydrator. Dehydrate @ 115 for about 7 hours.
