Fig season is here! Use them while you can in this simple and easy overnight oats recipe. All you’ll need is 2 cups Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats, 2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds, 2 cup of diced fresh figs, 2 cup plain greek yogurt, 3 cup skim milk, 4 teaspoons of chia seed, 4 tablespoon of honey and 3 teaspoons almond extract. Mix all ingredients together and let them soak in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, you’ll have enough overnight oats to serve the whole family!
