Flank Steak Tacos Ingredients: 1.5 lbs flank steak, 2 tbsp tamari, 1 chili pepper, seeded & diced, 8 oz mushrooms, sliced, 4 bell peppers, sliced, 1 medium onion, sliced, corn or flour tortillas Directions: Place flank steak at bottom of slow cooker and top with spice mix. Mix well. Add tamari (or soy sauce), chili pepper, mushrooms, bell peppers and onion. Cook on high 5-6 hours. Drain meat and shred with fork. Serve on tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
