Chicken and Dumpling Casserole. Prep edit though haven't eaten yet: Doubled, added 3 big carrots to sautee, plus 4 handfuls frozen onions, dried mushrooms, used 5 frozen chicken breasts for meat. Looks about right. Added whole bag peas (750 gm.) Chill in fridge overnight, then freeze in a.m. 2nd Edit: Still needs something - ?more salt, sauteed leek and garlic? Turn biscuits halfway through (raw on the bottom.)
