Best for paddling...Houghton, nr Stockbridge, Hampshire The chalk stream of the Test rises on Watership down and is crystal clear but cold all year. At Houghton a path leads to a wide chalky bay with a wooden footbridge, it's only one to two feet deep. Entering Houghton find the footpath at the end of the village on the left, called Clarendon Way.
It's funny because it doesn't even have to be a boyfriend/girlfriend the way it's always glamorised in movies and books - a soulmate could be anyone, either your mum, a sister, a best friend, or a teacher. :)
