Horst Faas né le 27 avril 1933, mort à Munich le 10 mai 2012 était un photojournaliste Allemand.    Il a commencé sa carrière en 1951 à la "Keystone Agency". A l'âge de 21 ans, il était présent en Indochine pendant la guerre. Il a également couvert la guerre du Vietnam pendant une très longue période de 1962 à 1974. Il a d'ailleurs reçu le prix Pulitzer en 1967 grâce à ses images prises pendant cette période.
