100 Lunge Challenge- Stay on one side for the whole round, then repeat with the opposite leg forward.  20 Reverse Lunges 20 Lunge Pulses 20 Lunge Hops  20 Lunge to Extension  20 Jump Lunges (each jump is counted)   If you are really feeling up to the challenge, see if you can repeat the whole workout twice for a total of 200 lunges!
