Free Trade Agreements MIGHT be okay if they required a living wage and high environmental standards - and the resources to enforce the terms of the agreement. BUT, THEY DON'T. Even more damaging is rewarding corporations for moving jobs overseas with government subsidies. This is a pure and simple income transfer (i.e., welfare), but it's from the working and middle class people to the wealthy. It doesn't make sense for the vast majority of Americans. What ever happened to the "free market?"

Same thing in Australia tho now our big businesses are getting politicians to allow them to import cheap labour here saying we don't have the skilled labour!
