Delicious salmon pate recipe: 2 salmon fillets, 3/4 tub of cream cheese, 2 tbsp cream, 1 chilli, chives & dill to taste. Poach salmon in water, salt pepper and herbs de provence. Let salmon cool in liquid then lift fillets out and whizz with all the other ingredients in a food processor. Put in jars and refridgerate.
