Heart Healthy Cinnamon Rice Pudding from Food.com: I can say this is heart healthy because I found this recipe in the American Heart Associations Healthy Recipes booklet. I love the taste of this pudding! Simple farm house rice pudding 2 c. cooked rice 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (if you want) Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, and stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can sprinkle with cinnamon
