The Chapati is a flat un-leavened bread made on stove-top over a hot iron griddle (Tawa). The flour for Chapati may be made by grinding wheat, Millet (Bajra, Jowar), corn etcetera. the skill is in making the dough, soft, but not sticky, and kept for atleast half an hour. These also taste delicious with a cup of tea along the side. Or any type of sauce to add some flavour, you can pair these with a lot of thing actually, even potatoes or vegetables basically anything!
