Chicken Noodle: 1lb chicken breast w/bone, 2L watter, 1 heaping tsp salt, 1/2 onion, bay leaf, simmer ~30-40 min. Remove the chicken. Fry 1 onion + 1 finely grated carot ~10 min. Add thinly sliced potatoes to the broth, boil ~5 min, add onion-carrot mix, shredded chicken, angel hair pasta broken into small pieces. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 10 min.
