OMG Shrimp Preheat oven to 350 Plop 1 stick of butter on jelly roll pan and melt in oven. Slice 1 lemon and put on top of melted butter. Spread 2 pounds of shelled shrimp over lemons. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Bake for 10 minutes. I served with some rice flake that I purchased from the local asain market. YUM!
