Cat Head Biscuits: Very southern. When I was in Grand Junction, CO, this winter, we stopped in at Starvin' Arvin's and had them with green chili and eggs. Oh, my! They were like the ones we were forced to eat when we were kids, lol Cuz, they were yummy.
Easy Whole Wheat Biscuits- 2 cups whole wheat flour 4 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt ¼ cup cold unsalted butter 1 cup milk In med. bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt. Mix well with whisk. Cut the ½ stick butter into little pea sized pieces and then mix the pieces into the flour mixture.
