Early Years Display

I am just in the midst of finishing my book on Early Years Display and thought I would share this lovely display idea that I came across at Ladybrook Primary.

sculpture

let the children play: Be Reggio Inspired: Documentation and Display; sculpture from Zella Said Purple

documentation integrated throughout the classroom - most is within child's eye level, but at adult eye level children are lifted by parents or teachers and greater dialog can often take place

Documentation- our ongoing worm investigation @Matty Chuah Sunflower School.

Love this investigation, the black backing adds to the display : Documentation- an ongoing worm investigation.

Providing documentation on the child's level promotes exploration and good use of environment.

Placing photos of the children at play at their own height to provide inspiration to others, talking points or just allowing them to be proud of themselves!

Hallway display showing images of the educators. I love this idea showing respect to your teachers

Using a series of enlarged, high-quality photographs that communicate a strong image of children and illustrate the prominent experiences children are having in the classroom. This style of display speaks to both children and adults as the audience.
