There were times in 1986 when I spent all day in this nasty-ass theatre, because you could stay there all day for one ticket. The only movie I remember seeing was "The Hitcher" with Rutger Hauer and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
Only got the last few years of this wonderful rep theater in DC. From cinematreasures.org: "The Biograph Theater was a repertory movie house, built inside the shell of an old auto dealership. It opened in 1976 and closed in 1996, being replaced by a CVS drugstore. An old photo of the theater hangs in the store’s window, but it only adds to the misery of those who loved this Georgetown favorite."
