* Raw cardamon coconut chia seed pudding. Serves 2. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1/4 tsp finely ground cardamon seeds, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, good pinch fresh ground nutmeg, 1 generous Tbls agave. METHOD: Mix ingredients well. Refrigerate for a few hours, stirring every now and then to avoid the chia seeds lumping together.
