Original pin: http://prouditaliancook.blogspot.com/2010/05/tiny-tomatoes-big-taste.html This posting is about the zucchini, cheese, and tomato creations. The sandwich is a BBQ Chicken Grilled Cheese which was also delicious (just with slightly too dark bread)! The zucchinis were yummy but I need to figure out a way to make the bottom half as savory as the top half so it does not seem like you are just eating a big chunk of vegetable. I definitely will keep perfecting this!

They were still good, but they could have been better. The corn starch does help in making them crispy for sure. These are on the repeat list. =)

If you suck on them it tastes better. I just used vanilla yogurt, so maybe it would have been better with a different flavor. I will definitely try them again.
