Introducing the staff: meet Coosje! A un-Dutch small girl with a happy and loud smile. Coosje lived in Belgium for some years but now back in Holland and just bought a grown-up house in Utrecht! She's a bit stressed out about how to design and decorate her house (especially the bathroom) and her favorite job at Hotel Jansen is serving in Mamas, so if you want her attention and have interior design skills sit down for a cup of coffee;)

Cooked on the stove in a large covered saucepan or Dutch oven. The kick comes from Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies, and the type of BBQ seasoning you use. If you want less spice, use regular diced tomatoes without the chilies. You can serve it over rice, buttered egg noodles, or in tortillas. It travels well in a crockpot if you want to bring it to a party. #PotRoast #Beef #Recipes #Spicy
