Super Easy Healthy Burgers!!              Take ground turkey or chicken breast, mix with a handful of cooked quinoa, roughly a cup of lentils, egg whites, chopped up kale, corn, and a dash of seasonings (you pick).   Mix together in a large bowl  Baked in the oven @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.   Full of different protein sources and fibre!  (you can leave corn out if you want, I had some to get rid of in the freezer)
