Seriously good and no hyperbole in the descriotion (I made this last night from Sweet as a Cookie blog). Simple, easy prep and clean-up. Start the dough the evening before or at least 12 hours ahead for fill flavor to develop.
Pizza Burgers. This one's open face. If you kick the cheese, and make it "pizza with everything", you've REALLY got a good pizza burger. I'd use hamburger buns...my moms recipe uses Spam and burger...SO GOOD...the only way I'll eat the stuff ;)
