Overnight Oats 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats 1/3 cup Vanilla Soy Milk 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt 1 tsp dried chia seeds 1/4 tsp almond extract 1 tsp honey, optional  1/4 cup diced mango (frozen) 7-10 almonds (or almond slices)  Directions In a half pint jar or container, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, almond extract, almonds and honey. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined. Add mangoes and stir with fork until mixed throughout. (stores up to 4 days)
