1 box lemon cake mix  -		 1/3 cup butter or margarine - softened  -		 1 egg  -		 8 ounces cream cheese - softened  -		 1 cup powdered sugar  -		 1/2 lemon - grated  -		 2 tablespoons lemon juice or 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon  -		 2 eggs  -		 1 teaspoon vanilla

As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish......the recipe here don't mention to "mix the angelfood cake" according to the directions......you have to do that....I think. Mine's cooking, but there was no way it would've cooked and been any kind of cake or bar if not for the water being added.
