Today's lunch is a big nourish bowl featuring all the colors of the rainbow This colorful creation was inspired by @vibrantandpure - Adeline is the master of colorful nourish bowls! This bowl has wild arugula, red cabbage, carrots, pumpkin seeds, berries, sweet potato mash, hazelnuts, blood oranges, tangerines, zucchini ribbons, mango, figs, radishes, my beetroot hummus (a few weeks back), and a drizzle of tahini and balsamic vinegar #vibrantandpure

For this smoothie bowl, I added a handful each of spinach & kale, but I also added fresh mint and basil leaves for a bright clean taste. Highly recommend it!
