I found the most gorgeous violet-colored lettuce at the farmers market It tastes the same as green lettuce but it makes me so happy! These are lettuce boats with radishes, chioggia beets, microgreens, snap peas, and edible flowers. I dressed them with juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and hemp seeds for a light and fresh appetizer. For this smoothie bowl, I added a handful each of spinach & kale, but I also added fresh mint and basil leaves for a bright clean taste. Highly recommend it!
