Healthy Nutella!! 3 cups hazelnuts 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup raw cacao 1/2 cup water Bake nuts for 10-15 mins on 180°c, turn a few times so they don't burn Blend the nuts in a food processor until they all stick (3-5 mins) Melt down the coconut sugar with a little sunflower oil, it'll separate. Turn off the head and add the cacao. Mix and it'll emulsify again. Add to the nuts mix and blend more. As the mixer is running, slowly add the water until it's all blended nicely & smooth.
