Ginger Whipped Chai Tea Latte (THM S- makes 4 servings of whipped cream). Brew a pot of very strong chai tea sweetened with stevia drops. Meanwhile, put 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp of vanilla, sweetener to taste, and a 1/4 tsp of ground ginger and a teaspoon of the strong chai tea itself. Whip together on high for a few minutes or until texture of whipped cream. Place ontop of a cup of the chai tea, garnish with additional ginger. To make a mean one, put a dash of cayenne
