Tandoori Chicken Salad. I have been experimenting with Indian spices for about 2 years. I freeze the spices whole and refill my little jars as needed. I toast the spices a little bit in dry non-stick skillet and then grind them with mortar/pestle (or if I need alot, I use an old coffee grinder). FRESH spices make ALL the difference.
