Cocktail: Japanese Shochu with Pineapple and Lime. Ingredients: 1/2 cup shochu 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 lime, juiced angostura bitters, to taste 4 teaspoons sugar plenty of ice Preparation: 1. Split between two glasses, pour shochu over ice and sugar. Mix sugar to dissolve. 2. Pour in a few drops of angostura bitters, pineapple and lime juice. 3. Stir and enjoy ** To garnish, add some pineapple chunks and slices of lime.
