First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me. - Martin Niemöller
Dear Woman, Sometimes you'll just be too much woman. Too smart. Too beautiful. Too strong. Too much of something. That makes a man feel like less of a man, which will start making you feel like you have to be less of a woman. The biggest mistake you can make is removing jewels from your crown to make it easier for a man to carry. When this happens, I need you to understand, you do not need a smaller crown -- you need a man with bigger hands.
George Takai points out that we've been here before. You may think "Well, the Japanese weren't terrorists like the Islamists are, so it's not the same thing." Wrong. Emporer Hirohito was worshiped as deity, the Japanese were willing to commit suicide for their cause (and did), and they committed unspeakable atrocities because they had been indoctrinated to believe their cause was right and the rest of humanity was either to be enslaved or killed.
