the feasting frenzy continues all the way until the 6th of January with Epiphany - but tonight we take a break with a light dinner of our homemade/cured charcuterie & aged cheeses!

First round of pumpkin/squash picking . another wheel barrow full is almost ready in the garden. They may be small due to the lack of water this year but they are delicious! We already roasted a few acorn squash for ravioli filling.
