Working late into the night.We made 50 kilos of sausages today BUT with 5 kilo left of meat we were short 4 budelli (casings: small intestines) SO it meant a last minute trip to town before the butcher closed! Finishing the last few sausages now.
First round of pumpkin/squash picking . another wheel barrow full is almost ready in the garden. They may be small due to the lack of water this year but they are delicious! We already roasted a few acorn squash for ravioli filling.
