Gooseberry blueberry jam - I left out the blueberries, used 5 1/2 cups gooseberries, about 3 cups sugar, 1/4 cup water. Then I cooked until berries burst then used immersion blender to bust up berries and cooked until thickened. This was a little tart and I might add a little more sugar next time.
I wanted blueberry muffins today so I tried this recipe. Overall Kyle gave it a 7 out of There were actually too many blueberries to the batter ratio and I would suggest sprinkling Sugar In The Raw on top for some added crunch.
