Peach Pie Ice Cream

1hr · 4 servings Ingredients: • Serves 4 • 1 1/2 cups thickened/whipping cream • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract • 1 canned or fresh peaches • 7-8 roughly crushed shortbread cookies • 4 waffle ice cream cones Instructions: • Combine your cream, vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl and mix using a stand mixer or hand mixer until you reach stiff peaks. • Add the peaches and shortbread cookies and gently fold in. • Transfer the cream mixture to a deep baking dish. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours. • Scoop ice cream into waffles and enjoy!
