Brownie Batter Bites by anniesmithfit. Blend 1 cup raw walnuts, 1/2 cup raw almonds and 1/2 cup raw cashews in a food processor until a flour consistency. Add 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp chocolate Perfect Fit Protein, and 1 cup pitted dates. Blend until a dough forms (add 1-2 more dates if necessary). Stir in 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shavings. Roll into balls then place in the refrigerator to set.

Heat honey, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt in saucepan. Add hazelnuts and stir to coat. Place on parchment covered cookie sheet. Toast in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir and cook and additional 5-10 minutes. Once gently cooled, roll in Perfect Fit Protein.

Mix all together and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. Then mix together frosting: 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt; 2 tsp PB2, 1 tsp almond milk; and 1/4 cup cacao nibs. Pour on top of mug cake and enjoy!!
