Dukan Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe This was the perfect meal on the Dukan diet cruise phase! Marinate the chicken with Mexican spices  toss in the crockpot all day (freeze chicken overnight w spices so it doesn't dry out!). Once it's cooked, shred the chicken  add onions, peppers  mushrooms (I sautéed quickly with Pam) and chopped tomatoes to lettuce leaves  made wraps. My kids had the same meal but wrapped theirs in tortillas! Quick, soooo easy  delicious!
