All you need is an angel food cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling. Mix them together and bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish......the recipe here don't mention to "mix the angelfood cake" according to the directions......you have to do that....I think. Mine's cooking, but there was no way it would've cooked and been any kind of cake or bar if not for the water being added.

Made this with gluten-free all purpose flour and (thawed) frozen blueberries. I recommend putting a tray with sides under the cobbler in the oven as mine did overflow a tiny bit (probably because of the thawing berry juice). I also halved the sugar on the berries and didn't sprinkle any on top, just some nutmeg. Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler
