Honey Ginger Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry- pretty good. Subbed peas for the asparagus. My tofu didn't come out as browned- would prefer it a little crunchy next time. BUT, the honey ginger sauce is incredible!!! Will use that for all my stirfry recipes now!
