Jillian Michael's healthy breakfast burrito (only 200 calories per serving)! I made a triple batch, srapped them in wax paper and then froze them. They warm up great. I serve with salsa. I'm a sucker for breakfast burritos
Making this right now- Clean eating Egg muffin. Made enough for 12 muffins: pepper, 1 cup mushrooms, 2 cups chopped spinach. Used 1 dozen whole organic eggs .cups were to the top when I put them in the oven. Set oven timer for 20 minutes to check.
peach oatmeal muffins--yummy and fairly healthy. we think they would be better with some peaches chopped and thrown in the batter as well--they were dense and hearty, and not as flavorful if you cut them in half the "right way" ;
