Hot Pepper Jelly. May add 2 tablespoons frozen concentrate apple, pear or white grape juice concentrate. Make red by adding 1/4 cup chopped cranberries. For a quick recipe for hot pepper jelly: Melt 2-1/2 cups apple jelly. Add 2 tablespoons each minced green bell pepper and jalapeños. Add 4 teaspoons cider vinegar. Chill to set. Serve on crackers with cream cheese.
