These delicious low carb cream cheese pancakes are made with just three ingredients. They are REALLY good, in fact better than flour-based pancakes.

Low carb pancakes: 1 C almond meal, 3 eggs, 1/8 tsp vanilla, 1/8 tsp cinnamon.  Mix and pour into buttered or greased skillet.  Cook, flip, cook.  Done.  :)  Keep them on the small side if having trouble sticking together.  Voila!
