Moja stalna potražnja raznih dodataka jelima, dovela me do ovog recepta...sastojci su  obećavali,a  kako sam zavoljela chutney, ovo je bio još jedan novi izazov za mene. Konačni rezultat je božanstven. Origainalni recept savjetuje upotrebu luka kozjaka, ako ga nabavite radite s njim, ja sam upotrijebila obični ljubičasti luk koji je slađi od običnog. Ova marmelada je gotova za 20-ak minuta i spremna je odmah za konzumiranje!
