Smoky Mountain Brewery Beer Cheese Dip: White American cheese 1/2 lb, Jack cheese 1/2 lb, Milk 1/2 cup, Your favorite dark beer 1/2 cup, Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbls, Dry mustard 1/2 tbls, Dijon mustard 1 tsp, Tabasco 1/4 tsp. Cut cheeses into small pieces. Heat cheese & milk in double boiler til melted. Mix well with a whisk. Mix beer, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Add to the melted cheese and mix well with whisk. Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups.
