Good morning everyone hoping your week is going with a swing. Because it don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing allegedly. Anyway I headed down to Seven Mile Beach today and was greeted with this lovely sunrise. Don't now who moved that bench from behind the surf club up onto the dunes but it's made of concrete so I'm thinking they had help. Also I was bothered by precisely zero flies today which was an awesome added bonus maybe they slept in. Thanks all :) Like it? Put it on your…

Hey gang. I got up at 4am this morning and pointed the car south. I reckon there was more traffic on the road that time of the day than school run but I digress. I drove as far south as Bermagui and then slowly worked my way back north flying the drone at some choice locations. This is one of those spots. Now you might well have seen photographs of Horsehead Rock near Bermagui. I know I've seen plenty including some awesome night time ones with the Milky Way behind it. But I always thought…

Happy Saturday team hope your weekend is going with a swing. I've been meaning to post this shot for a little while and the total cloud cover here today made me think of it. This is of course Greenpatch a beach that has a place in the heart of many visitors to this region. The reason it's so popular is that is one of the most family-friendly beaches you'll find on the planet. It's pristine it's sheltered it has an awesome little creek running down to it it has a cool wooden bridge it has…

We've had some cracking sunsets lately thanks to changeable weather and lots of awesome clouds in the sky. This particular one was a couple of nights ago in Shoalhaven Heads taken about 30 minutes after a storm blew through. I'd previously been standing in the mangroves and got devoured by the mozzies despite wearing dangerous levels of Bushmans but for some reason they didn't bother me when I moved over to the boat ramp. Couple of years ago they installed a big yellow navigation marker in…

Any love for Mollymook? We spent the day in Milton Ulladulla and Mollymook and enjoyed the beaches before the wind picked up too much. This is the southern end of Mollymook looking north towards Bannisters Head. In the water you can see members of the Mollymook Surf Lifesaving club training for their bronze medallions while nippers gets under way in front of the clubhouse. :) Like it? Just around the corner from Murrays Beach you can find Murrays Beach Boat Ramp. Always a busy spot particularly at this time of year the boat traffic comes and goes the resident humungous stingray hoovers up the fishermens filleted offerings and the dolphins cruise on by. Looks pretty awesome from the air too. :) Like it? Well okay then how about this shot for a slice of paradise? This is Narrawallee Inlet which you can find just to the north of Mollymook. I was out here last week at an Instameet hosted by @Iso100photography @PhotographyByJewelszee and @laurenepbath but it was too windy to fly the drone so I was pleased to return and try again. This is an awesome little spot perfect for fishing swimming and paddling. Theres a walk around the headland on the right and you can swim/paddle your way on to…

Happy Tuesday wherever you happen to be. Im just finishing up several big commercial photographic projects which Ill share with you guys soon. And in between the rain and cloud weve been experiencing here in the Shoalhaven Ive been at my favourite photo spots capturing what the planet looks like when it smiles. I photographed this sunset in Shoalhaven Heads the same evening I photographed the timelapse which is the final sequence in this weeks Sunday to Sunday compilation. Mellow vibes to…

Another week another seven days of limitless possibilities. Or let's face it paying the bills and stuff. Anyway yesterday I paid a visit to the northern side of Jervis Bay where you can find some spectacular beaches and incredible scenery. I put the drone in the air at Point Perpendicular which surely sits up there with other inventive Australian place names such as Great Sandy Desert. The lighthouse here sits atop 100m cliffs at the northern heads of Jervis Bay and the views even without a…
