Put ham in a cupcake pan, fill with one egg and cheese then bake. Just saw this on a friends board this morning and I hadn't had breakfast, so I gave it a try! Holy cow!! So easy and SO good! I used Oscar Meyer honey ham (was kinda small, but still worked) and a large egg. salt and pepper to taste with cheddar cheese. WILL be making this again! Made the whole house smell good and tasted amazing!
