Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications launched here last Friday the Cambodia ICT Award 2016 to select winners to represent Cambodia to compete in the ASEAN ICT Awards 2016.This is a national competition aiming to enhance knowledge on ICT among the public as well as to reduce digital gaps in business community and between people living in provinces and cities, said Mr. Seng Sopheap, President of the National Institute of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT.
