Falling Bobbles Blanket | Purl Soho

This makes me want to try and re-teach myself how to knit again: Purl Soho: Falling Bobbles Blanket

"Ink" is the perfect cardigan to slip on when the balmy days of summer transition to the chilly days of autumn. Named for the color of the yarn, it is also a reminder that autumn brings with it the beginning of a new school year. Knitted in fingering yarn and reverse stocking stitch from the collar down, the cables on the garment bring to mind the V’s of birds flying south for the winter. File contains English, German, and Polish versions!Sample is shown in Filcolana IndiecitaPlease note…

Here is an easy knitting pattern that is perfect for a man's scarf (or a woman's too). ~ Key: | = Knit; –– = Purl. ~~ Cast on a multiple of 16 stitches. Knit according to the diagram. Start at the bottom right corner. When knitting the wrong side of the scarf just follow the pattern of the previous row. Repeat every 15 rows. It's just that simple!

Tailored knitting stitch pattern with chart. Just knits & purls - 15 row repeat. Alternate rows knit as indicated. Very easy, but this is a pattern you must watch while you knit. Not a knit while watching TV pattern. Would be great for throw or blanket.
