Vietnamese street food. They have a section of Lụi Nướng (Grilled skewers) at @AnhAndChi, and I had the baby octopus and whole prawn skewers. The baby octopus skewers are fantastic! Very tender and comes with a lemon pepper dipping sauce which just wakes up your palate... similar to the Phnom Penh chicken wing sauce, which is not unusual in Vietnam. #VietnameseFood #Vancouver #FMFAnhAndChi

Surf and turf. 48 Hour Boneless Wagyu Short Rib - Butter poached king crab, ricotta ravioli, charred onion, brussel sprouts, red wine jus... you know it was good when you forgot there was King Crab. The short rib is on their a la carte menu (this version was from yesterday's exclusive dinner event) and it's from Snake Rivers which is one of my favourite suppliers for beef. The ravioli was as rich as the beef with a good amount of mint and lemon zest. #Vancouver #kitsilano #fmfannalena
