Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup tahini
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chip
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper
3. In a large baking bowl, mix tahini, coconut sugar, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well blended. Then, add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
6. Add the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
