Paleo Breakfast Muffins. Banana, eggs, coconut oil, almond flour, shredded unsweetened coconut, honey, baking powder.  (I skipped the shredded coconut and put in raisins. Husband LOVED them. I even enjoyed them, which is odd b/c I hate banana. And coconut.)

Frushi: Prepare 2c sushi rice. While warm, add 1 tbs coconut cream. Take a soy wrapper (or colored pancake) and fill it with rice, pineapple, cantaloupe & strawberry. Fold, roll & cut into pieces. X
