We're having this tonight, we'll see how it turns out! Seems easy. Mark has been wanting chicken and dumpling soup...he's especially excited about dropping in the raw dough haha. I will add more veggies and seasonings than the recipe calls for.
Chicken and dumplings -- subbed almond milk + vinegar for buttermilk and it worked well. Would make smaller dumplings next time (quarter-sized instead), otherwise was good as is. Best flour mixture is 3/4 c whole wheat and 3/4 c AP.
